The Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita Ltd approved the allocation of 2.70 crore equity shares to Dalmia Bharat Refractories Ltd (DBRL) at a price of ₹ 632.5029 per share in a meeting held on 5 January 2023. This allocation was made in exchange for the 8.24 crore equity shares of Dalmia OCL Limited (DOCL) held by DBRL, representing 100% of DOCL’s equity share capital. As a result of this transaction, DOCL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of RHI Magnesita Ltd.
As a result of the previously mentioned allocation, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the company will increase to ₹ 18,79,96,331, comprising of 18,79,96,331 equity shares of ₹ 1 each.
In the BSE, the shares of RHI Magnesita Ltd were last traded at a price of ₹ 877.15, up from the previous close of ₹ 869.15. A total of 28415 shares were traded during the day in over 1752 transactions.
The stock reached an intraday high of ₹ 883.70 and an intraday low of 865.55. The total value of shares traded during the day was ₹ 24802693.00.
