Bharti Airtel Gained 2.1M Unique Customers in 1 Year
In an exciting milestone achieved within a mere year of launching Airtel 5G Plus, Bharti Airtel proudly reveals that it has gained over 2.1 million unique 5G customers within Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, in addition to 2.7 million unique 5G users across Rajasthan. The company has officially reported having amassed an impressive 4.8 million unique 5G customers. This exciting announcement was made through a regulatory filing on Thursday.
Airtel’s expansive 5G reach has blanketed all districts within Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, including key locations such as Khajuraho, Khandwa, Gwalior, and Sukma. In their filing, Airtel also proudly announced the successful expansion of its Airtel 5G Plus service to notable landmarks like Mahakal Lok in Ujjain and the renowned 56 DUKAN.
In a similar vein, Rajasthan now enjoys comprehensive 5G coverage, extending to all districts and union territories within the state, including bustling areas such as Bapu Bazaar in Jaipur, the border district of Jaisalmer, the majestic Khimsar Fort, and the desert town of Barmer. Airtel’s 5G network has also reached destinations like Mount Abu and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Keoladeo National Park in Bharatpur.

Over the past year, Airtel has set up India’s first private 5G network at the BOSCH facility in Bengaluru. In an exciting partnership, the telecom service provider has also collaborated with Mahindra & Mahindra to transform its Chakan manufacturing unit into India’s premier 5G-enabled auto manufacturing facility. Furthermore, Airtel has unveiled the Airtel Xstream Air Fiber, a wireless home Wi-Fi service powered by Airtel 5G Plus, demonstrating the vast expansion and potential of its 5G services.
In addition to this groundbreaking development, Airtel recently introduced the Airtel Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), an omni-channel cloud platform designed to offer enterprise contact center solutions. The Airtel CCaaS platform empowers businesses to access cost-effective contact center solutions on a monthly basis, providing instant accessibility for enterprises.
