According to a regulatory filing, the company has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for two highway projects of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) with a combined project cost of Rs 2004.43 crore. Further details can be found in the attached press release.

1st Project Details:
Under the Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Bihar, the company has secured a hybrid annuity mode – Package 2 project worth Rs 891 crore. The project involves the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi – Ranchi – Kolkata Highway spanning a length of 27.0 km, from the junction with Chandauli – Chainpur Road near Khainti village to the junction with Bhabhua – Adhaura road near Palka village (from km 27+000 to km 54+000).
2nd Project Details:
The company has secured another project worth Rs 1,113.43 crore under the Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Bihar. This hybrid annuity mode – Package 3 project involves the construction of a 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi – Ranchi – Kolkata Highway stretching over 36.0 km, from the junction with Bhabhua – Adhaura Road in Bhairopur village to Konki village (from km 54+000 to km 90+000).
On March 9, 2023, the price bids for the projects were opened, with PNC’s bids being the lowest (L1). As per the terms of the project, both projects are to be constructed within 24 months and operated for 15 years post-construction.
