Suzlon Secures Wind Energy Project By Vibrant Energy:
Renewable energy provider Suzlon has secured a 99-MW wind power project from Vibrant Energy. The project, set to be completed by FY25, features 33 wind turbine generators from Suzlon’s new 3 MW series.
The partnership aims to contribute to a sustainable India. Suzlon’s CEO, J P Chalasani, expressed delight in announcing the first order with Vibrant Energy, a respected corporate renewable energy solutions provider. He looks forward to a long partnership with Vibrant Energy in the coming years.
The project’s significant size will have a positive impact. It will supply electricity to 307,000 households and reduce CO2 emissions by 292,000 tonnes annually, according to a statement from Suzlon. This emphasizes the environmental benefits of renewable energy sources like wind power.
This order marks the third order for Suzlon’s new 3 MW series in less than a month, showcasing its growing popularity and demand. The specific wind turbine model being used in the project is the S144-140m. Suzlon Energy will not only supply the wind turbines but also provide erection and commissioning services, as well as comprehensive operations and maintenance services post-commissioning.
