Mumbai, March 16, 2023 – The board of directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd met today to discuss and approve the payment of the interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. According to a BSE filing, the board approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share of the face value of Rs 5 each.
The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the Interim Dividend has been set for March 24, 2023. Eligible shareholders can expect to receive the interim dividend on or before April 10, 2023.
Despite the approval of the interim dividend, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd reported a decrease in profit after tax (PAT) of 11 percent to Rs 166.3 crore for the three months ended December 2022.
