Asarfi Hospital IPO: Date, GMP, Key Details
On July 17, Asarfi Hospital, a preeminent supplier of multi-specialty healthcare facilities, will begin its initial public offering (IPO). The SME IPO’s subscription period will go through July 19.
51.80 lakh equity shares for a total of 26.94 crore are being offered in the single fresh issuance of the Asarfi Hospital Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO’s pricing range has been established at 51 to 52 rupees per share.
The minimum investment amount for regular investors is 104,000, with a minimum lot size of 2,000 shares.
On July 24, the final distribution of IPO shares will take place, and on July 25, reimbursements will begin. The 26th of July is designated for share credits to demat accounts.
On July 27, Asarfi Hospital shares are anticipated to be offered on the BSE SME platform, which supports small and medium businesses.
The public issue’s book running lead manager has been named as Hem Securities Limited, while Cameo Corporate Services will act as the IPO registrar.
In accordance with the allocation system used for the Asarfi Hospital IPO, retail investors will receive 35% of the remaining shares, with the remaining 15% designated for non-institutional investors and 50% reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB).

The business recorded operating revenue of 70.7 crore, EBITDA of 13.77 crore, and a net profit of 8.01 crore for the fiscal year 2022–2023.
The Asarfi Hospital IPO GMP is now 8 per share. According to market watchers, the shares of Asarfi Hospital are selling at a premium of $8 over their initial public offering price.
A premium of almost 15% is reflected in the current GMP for the shares.
