Australian Premium Solar India IPO Details:
Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited started in 2013. They make two kinds of solar panels. One type is monocrystalline, which has efficient solar cells and a consistent, dark look. The busbars (copper-coated ribbons) in these panels are strategically placed without affecting the appearance much.
The other type is polycrystalline, which has solar cells with a blue or speckled look. Busbars in these panels may need to be arranged to fit the less uniform appearance.
The company not only makes solar panels but also offers services. They help with the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for homes, farms, and businesses. They also install solar panels and solar pumps for homes and industries. Additionally, they install solar pumps for farms.
By August 31, 2023, the company has installed solar panels for over 10,000 customers. Most of these, more than 9,500, are on the roofs of homes. They’ve also installed over 1,300 solar pumps for agriculture.
The company’s manufacturing facility is in Sabarkantha, Gujarat, India. As of July 31, 2023, they have a total of 169 employees.
