In a recent financial move, Capri Global Holdings Pvt Ltd has divested its stake in Indiabulls Housing Finance, amounting to Rs 43 crore in an open market transaction.
According to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Capri Global Holdings has sold 25 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance, which translates to a 0.53% ownership in the company.
The shares were traded at an average price of Rs 171.45 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of Rs 42.86 crore.
As a result of this transaction, Capri Global Holdings’ ownership in Indiabulls Housing Finance has decreased from 3.61% to 3.08%.
It’s important to note that the identity of the buyers remains undisclosed.
Following this development, the share price of Indiabulls Housing Finance experienced a decline of 6.47%, settling at Rs 171.20 per share on the NSE.
