Cosmic CRF Limited, established in 2021, is a supplier of cold-rolled stainless sections specifically designed for manufacturing companies.
Cosmic CRF boasts an impressive roster of clients, which features renowned companies such as Titagarh Wagons Limited, Hindusthan Engineering & Industries Limited, Melbrow Engineering Works Private Limited, Jindal Rail Infrastructure Limited, Allied Construction Engineers & Fabricators, and more. Additionally, the company caters to the railways specific needs by providing cold rolled stainless sections through tender procurement.
In accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement executed on January 19, 2022, the company successfully obtained the CRF division of Cosmic Ferro Alloys Limited. This acquisition encompassed a manufacturing facility situated in West Bengal, spanning approximately 3.82 acres, which included essential assets such as plants, machinery, and liabilities. The unit specializes in the production of diverse cold-rolled stainless sections, including fabricated items for railway applications, as well as cold-rolled formed items for wagons, coaches, infrastructure companies, EPC projects, and products catering to roadways and national highways.
As of March 31, 2023, the company’s total order book value stands at ₹ 53,640.82 lakhs. Out of this, executed orders amount to ₹ 13,566.33 lakhs, while ongoing orders amount to ₹ 40,074.48 lakhs. Additionally, the company has successfully completed 25 orders for the supply of cold rolled stainless sections, and currently has 23 ongoing orders in this category as of the same date.
Our Company is experiencing an increase in demand of its products and in order to cover the difference between the demand and the supply of products, and in order to tap the growing market, it intends to enhance the manufacturing facility by 18,000 MTPA to a total of 36,000 MTPA.
