Gensol Electric Vehicles Private Limited’s CIN is U34100PN2022PTC212856, and following this transaction, it will become a subsidiary company of Gensol Engineering Limited.
In order to enter the electric vehicle manufacturing industry and align with the company’s business strategy, Gensol Engineering Limited has acquired 58.08% equity in Gensol Electric Vehicles Private Limited.
