Building on its initial express parcel offerings, the Good Glamm Group now utilizes a full range of supply chain solutions offered by Delhivery, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery services for part-truckload, full-truckload freight and customer deliveries.
As a result of the collaboration, Delhivery and the Good Glamm Group jointly identified opportunities for improvement in their networks, and developed custom supply chain solutions that resulted in a 24 hour reduction in order-to-delivery time for more than 500 cities across India.
The Good Glamm Group sought to expand its sales to Tier 1 and 2 cities and leveraged Delhivery’s extensive pan-India network to reach Tier 3 and 4 markets where Delhivery has a strong presence.
