Ideaforge Adjusts IPO Deadline, New Closing Date – June 28
In light of the recent changes to the stock market holiday, Ideaforge Technology and HMA Agro Industries have announced adjustments to their IPO closing sate.
On June 27, the exchanges informed that the market closure for Bakri ID would take place on June 29 instead of the previously scheduled date of June 28. As a result, the expiry date for the June monthly futures & options contracts has also been revised to June 28.
Consequently, Ideaforge Technology’s initial public offering will now conclude on June 28 instead of June 29. The drone manufacturing company initiated its three-day public issue on June 26, offering shares priced between Rs 638 and Rs 672 per share. The IPO, valued at Rs 567 crore, includes a fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 240 crore and an offer for the sale of 48.69 lakh shares.
Similarly, HMA Agro Industries, a frozen buffalo meat exporter, has rescheduled the finalization of its IPO basis of allotment from June 29 to June 28. The public issue, worth Rs 480 crore, closed on June 23 and garnered a subscription of 1.62 times.
Other companies within the small and medium enterprise segments have also revised their IPO schedules.

Global Pet Industries, a manufacturer of PET stretch blow moulding machines, will now commence its maiden public issue on June 28, instead of the previously announced date of June 29. The Rs 13.23-crore offer will remain open until July 3, with a fixed price of Rs 49 per share. The IPO will be available on the NSE Emerge platform.
Furthermore, Cell Point (India) has adjusted its IPO listing date to June 28, shifting from the previous date of June 29. The electronics goods retailer successfully raised over Rs 50 crore through its public issue, which concluded on June 20.
