Inspire Films Limited was founded in 2012 and is involved in the business of creating, producing, distributing, and showcasing television and digital content. The company operates in three main areas:
- Television (TV) – Hindi General Entertainment Channels (GEC): This involves producing content for popular TV channels like Star Plus, Star Bharat, Colors TV, Zee TV, Sony, Dangal, Shemaroo, and more. We work on a contractual basis, typically for one year or a specific number of episodes (ranging from 52 to 312 episodes, depending on the show’s schedule). Contracts are renewed yearly based on the show’s performance. Each episode includes commercial advertisements and lasts for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Digital Content and Streaming Platforms (OTT): We also create content for OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, Sony Liv, MX Player, Disney+Hotstar, and Voot, among others. Contracts for OTT content usually consist of 8 to 10 episodes for 45 to 60 minutes each, or 25 to 60 episodes for 22 to 25-minute episodes. These contracts can be extended to multiple seasons based on the popularity of the show.
- Regional Content: We produce content for regional language channels, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, and more. The same models mentioned above apply in the regional space.
