JK Paints & Coatings Limited, a subsidiary of JK Cement Ltd, has invested INR 153 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Three Crore Only) in the acquisition of 60% of the equity shares of Acro Paints Ltd. The acquisition has now been completed.
As a result of this acquisition, Acro Paints Ltd has become a subsidiary of JK Paints & Coatings Limited and a step down subsidiary of JK Cement Ltd, effective immediately.
