Mahindra & Mahindra Limited Q4 results show a revenue rise from 30,920.11 to 32,849.56 crores, a 6.24% increase in growth. EPS also dropped from ₹23.68 to ₹24.05, down by 1.56%.

First, Let’s Begin with Quarter-on-Quarter Basis:

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. shared its Q4 results on Friday. They earned 32,849.56 crores in revenue this quarter, but that’s higher than the 30,920.11 crores they made last quarter. The company’s growth increased by 6.24 percent when comparing the two quarters.

In terms of profits, the company’s PAT (Profit After Tax) for this quarter was 2,636.67 crores, down from 2,676.56 crores in the previous quarter. Their quarter-to-quarter growth declined by 1.49 percent.

The company’s EPS (Earnings Per Share) this quarter is ₹24.05, which is a decrease of 1.56% from the ₹23.68 EPS in the previous quarter.

Now, Let’s Analyze the Results on a Year-over-Year Basis:

The company made a total revenue of 1,22,475.04 crores this year (2023), which is 34.43 percent higher than last year’s total revenue of 91,105.08 crores.

This year’s PAT (Profit After Tax) is 10,281.50 crores, which is also 56.32% higher than last year’s PAT of 6,577.32 crores.

The EPS (Earnings Per Share) for this year is ₹92.41, which is 56.10% more than the EPS of ₹59.20 earned last year.

Mahindra & Mahindra Share Dividend Announcement / Record Date:

The Board of Directors has declared a Final Dividend of ₹16.25 per Equity Share of Face Value of ₹5 for each of the Company (325% of Face Value). Total Dividend for FY23 stood at ₹11.55 per Equity Share (Interim Dividend of ₹5 per Equity Share)
