Paras Defence wins contract from IRDE
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (Paras) has secured a significant contract from the Instrument Research & Development Establishment (IRDE), a part of the Indian Ministry of Defence’s Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). The contract, awarded on June 15, 2023, pertains to the Realization of Optronic Periscopes for the Indian Coast Guard.
Under this agreement, Paras will be responsible for the development and production of Optronic Periscopes, which includes providing installation support. The total value of the contract is approximately 53 Crores, excluding applicable taxes.
