PKH Ventures IPO: Launching on June 30th, Get All the Details
PKH Ventures, a leading company specializing in construction, development, hospitality, and management services, is preparing for its highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO). The IPO is scheduled to commence on June 30, 2023, and conclude on July 4, 2023.
The company’s shares are expected to be listed on exchanges starting from July 12, 2023. With a face value of ₹5, PKH Ventures plans to issue a total of 25,632,000 shares.
The IPO comprises of two components: a fresh issue of up to 18,258,400 shares and an offer for sale of up to 7,373,600 shares by its promoter, Pravin Kumar Agarwal, who currently holds a 63.69 percent stake in the firm.
The proceeds generated from the fresh issue will be utilized to invest in the development of hydro power projects under the company’s subsidiary, Halaipani Hydro Project. Additionally, the funds will be allocated to support the long-term working capital requirements of Garuda Construction, another subsidiary of PKH Ventures. Furthermore, a portion of the fresh issue will be allocated towards pursuing inorganic growth through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
The book running manager for the IPO is IDBI Capital.

Financial Performance: In the fiscal year 2022, PKH Ventures Ltd reported a revenue of ₹199.35 crore, compared to ₹241.51 crore in the previous year. The net profit for the same period amounted to ₹40.52 crore, reflecting an increase from ₹30.57 crore in the previous year. For the nine months ended December 2022, the company achieved a profit of ₹28.63 crore, with revenue reaching ₹125.46 crore.
As of December 2022, the company’s net debt stood at ₹241.03 crore.
