Our company offers a wide range of services, including recruitment and payroll management, merchant acquisition, field support, software solutions, seller onboarding, and account management for our clients.
Here’s a breakdown of what we do:
- Merchant Acquisition: We help banks, NBFCs, and startups (both domestic and multinational companies) by acquiring and onboarding new merchants. Our services cover everything from lead-based visits to cold calls. We take care of the entire process, from merchant engagement and activation to documentation, training, and establishment. We also handle application processing, from KYC to TID generation, and provide automated lead management tools and the M-Reporter Application for sales tracking and productivity management.
- Field Support: Our field service management involves dispatching technicians, workers, or contractors to locations outside our company premises. They install, maintain, or repair equipment, systems, or assets. Additionally, our professionals manage teams, assign tasks, prepare reports, and maintain customer relationships.
- Recruitment & Payroll Management: We offer comprehensive payroll management services, catering to banks and corporates. Our platform, Kundali, handles end-to-end payroll management for our clients.
- Account Management: We manage processes and compliance related to merchant engagement and activation, data security, merchant acquisition, and program implementation on behalf of our clients.
At present, Plada Infotech Services employs over 1400 people across the country, operating from 12 offices in 12 cities, with additional cities being served remotely.
