PVR Limited has announced a name change to PVR INOX Limited after receiving a fresh “Certificate of Incorporation” from the Registrar of Companies (ROC-Mumbai) on April 20, 2023. The change is effective immediately.
The company’s shares were last traded on BSE at Rs. 1509.10, with a total of 14407 shares traded in over 2213 trades, compared to the previous close of Rs. 1502.20. This strategic move marks a new chapter for PVR INOX Limited as it aims to strengthen its position in the market.
