Established in 1997, Pyramid Technoplast Limited specializes in creating polymer-based molded products, particularly Polymer Drums, catered to the packaging needs of chemical, agrochemical, specialty chemical, and pharmaceutical companies.
The company produces polymer-based large-scale packaging drums, Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), and also manufactures MS Drums designed for safely transporting chemicals, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals.
Commencing its commercial operations in 1998, Pyramid Technoplast now operates six manufacturing facilities. Four of these are located in Bharuch, GIDC, Gujarat, while the remaining two are situated in Silvassa, UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The Polymer Drum manufacturing units have a combined installed capacity of 20,612 metric tons per annum (MTPA), the IBC manufacturing unit can produce up to 12,820 MTPA, and the MS Drums unit has a capacity of 6,200 MTPA. Additionally, the company is currently in the process of constructing its seventh manufacturing unit, also set to be located in Bharuch, GIDC, Gujarat.
Pyramid Technoplast has secured UN certification, in line with the safety regulations set forth by the United Nations Recommendation for IBC and MS Drums. The company’s manufacturing units boast ISO certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, attesting to their adherence to rigorous quality, environmental, health, and safety management standards. Furthermore, the MS Drums conform to the quality benchmarks specified by IS 1783:2014 (Part 1 and 2) established by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
