For the period concluding on December 31, 2022, the company successfully distributed its products across three states, namely Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa, with a combined value of INR 420.47 Lakhs.
On May 15, 2022, Sonalis Consumer Products Limited acquired the entire business of Appetite Foods, including all its movable assets, current assets, and liabilities. The acquisition, valued at ₹ 12.87 Lakhs, marked a significant milestone for Sonalis Consumer Products Limited, who took over the operations that had been running since March 5, 2020, under the name of Appetite Foods.
The company’s manufacturing facilities situated in Vasai are responsible for producing all of its products in-house.
Sonalis Consumer Products Limited has established a robust business model that emphasizes strict control over various processes. This includes efficiently managing the procurement of raw ingredients, overseeing manufacturing operations, effectively handling inventory management across a wide range of products and stock-keeping units (SKUs), efficiently managing distribution logistics throughout India, and successfully handling deemed export sales.
