Renowned renewable energy solutions provider, Suzlon bags wind energy project has from Integrum Energy Infrastructure. The agreement entails the development of a robust 31.5-MW wind energy project, further bolstering Suzlon’s green energy endeavors. While the precise value of the contract remains undisclosed, the implications for sustainable power are monumental.

In a recent statement, Suzlon revealed its comprehensive role in the project, encompassing supply, installation, and commissioning. Moreover, the company’s commitment extends beyond completion, as they’re poised to provide diligent post-commissioning operation and maintenance services.

The dynamic initiative materializes as Suzlon Group triumphantly announced a pivotal achievement—securing the contract for crafting a 31.5 MW wind power venture on behalf of Integrum Energy Infrastructure Private Ltd.

As part of this progressive venture, Suzlon will strategically set up 15 units of S120140m wind turbine generators (WTGs). These cutting-edge generators come embellished with Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) towers and boast an impressive rated capacity of 2.1 MW each. This impactful effort will span the regions of Maharashtra and Karnataka.

With an anticipated operational launch scheduled for May 2024, J P Chalasani, the CEO of Suzlon Group, conveyed his enthusiasm, stating, “Our collaboration with Integrum Energy Infrastructure marks another significant milestone. The power generated by this initiative will serve internal consumption, propelling India’s renewable energy penetration.”

Elevating the visionary aspect of the endeavor, Anand Lahoti, the founder and CEO of Integrum Energy Infrastructure, lauded Suzlon’s ‘made-in-India’ solutions, perfectly aligning with the ethos of fostering ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’.

Notably, the electricity generated by this forward-looking project will primarily serve internal consumption needs. Remarkably, a venture of this magnitude has the potential to power approximately 20,000 households, making substantial strides in curbing emissions—a remarkable 0.81 lakh tonnes of CO2 per annum, to be precise.
